Is it really free? What's the catch?

Yes, really free — no trial, no card, no email. The catch is the ads: a short rewarded video gives you more daily quota or unlocks streaming nodes for 24 hours. If you stay inside the daily cap, you'll never be shown an ad.

Does Cove log my browsing?

No. We don't log URLs, DNS queries, destinations, or the content of your traffic. We count bytes for daily quota and that's the extent of it. The full breakdown — including the third-party SDKs we ship — is in the privacy policy.

Will it unblock Netflix?

Streaming services aggressively block datacenter IPs, so the free-tier nodes generally won't unblock Netflix, Disney+ or HBO. The Premium Pass tier — unlocked by watching three rewarded ads — routes streaming domains through residential exit IPs that pass, while everything else still runs over fast datacenter egress.

Which Android versions?

Android 7.0 (Nougat) and newer. No special permissions beyond Android's standard VPN service consent.
